He was predeceased by: his parents, Ives Boudreaux and Lillian Amanda Devine Boudreaux; and his brothers, Ives Boudreaux, Lemuel Boudreaux and Leslie Boudreaux.

He is survived by: his significant other Peggy; his daughter Misty Boudreaux Marks (Dameon); his stepdaughter Misty Tassin; his sons, Perry Allen Boudreaux (Sharon) and Adrian Boudreaux; his stepsons, Randy Read (Brooke), John Sealy (Amber) and Waylon Sealy (Ann); his brothers, Corey Boudreaux, Everette Boudreaux (Levon) and Jerry Boudreaux; and his sisters-in-law, Angie and Sharon Boudreaux. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren; as well as numerous extended family.
