He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Procell and Pearl Procell (Roberts); and his siblings, Stanley Procell, Kirby Procell and Sally Procell.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Procell; and his brothers, Mark Procell and Bill Procell (Ann). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
