He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Simmons and Earsell Stone; and his brother Albert Simmons. He is survived by: his girlfriend Jenny Mayfield; his sons, Richie Simmons (Melanie) and Davin Simmons (Elsa); and his grandchild Murphy Simmons. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
