He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bailey and Minnie Mae Bailey (Spruiell); his wife Julia Imogene Bailey; his son Bobby Bailey; and his brother Billy Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Wendell Bailey (Rosemary) of Beaumont, Gary Bailey of Carrollton and Cindy Helm (Roy) of Orange; his grandchildren, Kevin Bailey (Crystal), Ashley Bailey (Brooks), Kayla Bartholamew (Russ), Amber Hicks (Chris) and Camrie Helm; and his great grandchildren, Kaydence Bailey, Cannon Bailey, Kenley Bailey, Jaxson Bartholamew, Mason Bartholamew, Levi Hicks and Emma Hicks. He is also survived by family members and friends.
