He is survived by: his children, Brenda Shope, Nancy Cooper, Robert Trahan (Davenna) and Sheldon Trahan (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Klancy Leonard (Kelby), Darby Pate (Dalton), Codi Lynn Cooper, Katie Dupont (Chris), Christopher Trahan (Shaniqua), Justin Trahan and Samantha Trahan. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
