He was predeceased by: his parents, James Burly Miller and Sarah Elizabeth Miller (Sheridan); his siblings, Harold Miller, Mildred Ducker and Betty Bodenhamer; and his great grandchild Alice Weston.
He is survived by: his wife Malinda Miller; his son Matthew Miller (Nellie); his grandchildren, Alayce Glende (Jeff), Elizabeth Weston (Taylor) and Tyler Landon Miller; his great grandchildren, Mattison, Ansleigh, Waylon, Stevie, Adleigh and Talon; and his sister Pat Matthews of Springfield, Missouri..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dorman-Riley Smith & Sons (8808 TX-87, Orange, TX 77632). A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens (5234 State Hwy EE, Springfield, MO 65802).
