He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Wesley Chapman and Cora Alice Chapman (Wittles); and his wife Everal Marie Chapman. He is survived by: his siblings, Katherine Welch, John Leslie Chapman, Linda Patronella and Wayne Chapman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
