He is survived by: his wife Elaine Permenter; the mother of his children Phyllis Jorgensen; his children, Aaron Permenter (Shelley), Adam "Bud" Permenter (Sabrina), Amy Rodriguez (Gabriel), Alana Dela Rosa (Jonathan), Andrea Herring (Kyle), LeErin Harper and Chris Harper; his grandchildren, Kenzie Permenter, Karson Permenter, Kollen Permenter, Emma Permenter, Coen Permenter, Jude Permenter, Caleb Stasney, Sadie Stasney, Lily Dela Rosa, Clay Dela Rosa, Layla Dela Rosa, Crew Dela Rosa, Brady Herring, Calvin Herring, Asher Bridges and Carsen Bridges; and his sister Joyce Sanders (Thomas). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dorman - Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home (8808 TX-87, Orange, TX 77632). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
