He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy M. Rashall; his daughter Christine A. Rashall; his grandson Christopher Rashall (Shawn); his parents, Collis L. Rashall and Lilly Rashall; his stepmother Velma M. Rashall; and his brothers, Collis L. Rashall Jr. and Ernest R. Rashall.
He is survived by: his sister Brenda J. Rashall Pankonien; his brother-in-law Larry W. Pankonien; his nephew Richard J. Rashall (Rick); his daughter-in-law Glenna M. Rashall; and his grandsons, John M. Rashall (Marty), Richard J. Rashall Jr. (RJ), Justin R. Rashall (Lindsey Rashall) and Jesse A. Rashall (Rikki R. Rashall).
