He is survived by: his parents, Eva Gail Cowan Ponfick of Beaumont and James Allen Ponfick; his wife Haley Brockett Ponfick; his daughter Jenna Ponfick (Kenny Edwards); his granddaughter Brynn Ponfick; his children, Lane Ponfick, Jane Ponfick and Joli Ponfick; his siblings, Stephen Ponfick of Beaumont and Amy Ponfick (Derek Taylor); his niece Ava Taylor of The Woodlands; his mother-in-law Dora Brockett of Beaumont; his sister Deena; his brother-in-law Ray Clausen of Canyon Lake, Texas; and his nieces, Kelli Jurek (Sammy) of Richmond, Texas, Elizabeth Miller (Matthew) of Nederland and Kacy Radino (Michael) of Spring Branch, Texas. He is also survived by three great-nephews.
