She was predeceased by: her parents, Marks Levy and Laura Levy; her sisters, Verna Verde and Gail Marcantel; and her brothers-in-law, Bennie Bankston and Alvin Marcantel.
She is survived by: her husband Leo Simpson; her daughter Nicole Simpson Allbee; her grandchildren, Miranda Allbee Holland (Dalton) and Lauran Allbee; her sister Donna Levy; and her siblings-in-law, JC Verde, Mike Simpson (Beckie), Greg Simpson (Cici) and Pat Bankston. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Claybar Funeral Home (800 Highland Dr, Bridge City, TX 77611). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
