He is survived by: his wife Deloris Rochen Matej; his son Robert Matej (Melanie); his grandson Andrew Matej (Baily); his great grandchild Emerson Matej; his stepgranddaughters, Amy Burnside (Blake) and Angie Voecks; his son Michael Matej (Jennifer); his granddaughters, Amber Matej and Lindsey Newport (Avery); his great grandchild Baby Newport; his brother Joe Matej (Beverley); his sister-in-law Carla Matej; his sister Bernice Faltysek; Briley Sprague and Kyleigh Burnside. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and a host of friends.
