It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonardo Talavera of Ozona, Texas, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on August 5, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonardo Talavera Sr. (Nando) and Ramira Guadalupe; and his brother George Talavera. He is survived by: his daughters, Alyssa Arsiaga and Megan Rawls; his grandchildren, Audiana Rawls, Jayden of Leo's Kameryn Rawls and Kahner Rawls; his siblings, Richard Talavera, Pauly Talavera, Ivan, Toni Castillo and Mildred; his grandfather Richard Talavera Jr.; and his great-nephew Lozano.
