He was predeceased by: his parents, W. I. "Bill" Davis and Maurice Crutcher Davis; his wife Charlotte Elaine Nelson Davis; his brother Jimmy Ray Davis (Barbara Davis); his parents-in-law, Troy and Ira Bill Nelson; his nieces, Stacie Raye Davis and Sharisa Williamson; and his grandson Moses Daniel Raye Mercado.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya D. Seigler (David) of Tyler, TX, Paula Davis of Hawley, TX, Jessica Larned (Mike) of Childress, TX and Cassandra Garcia (Robert) of Stone Mountain, GA; his sister Charlene Hoyle of Amarillo, TX; his sister-in-law Sharron Nelson Taylor (Victor) of Amarillo, TX; and his aunt Helen Crutcher Whitfield of Vernon, TX.
