It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Pate Long of Paducah, Texas, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Paducah Booster Club to help support his Dragons.

“I met Pate over a decade ago. Worked on several projects with the man. One of the most knowledgeable people I ever met. But more importantly he was a good and kind man. Always spoke positively about his wife and family. I pray that God gives peace to his family during their time of mourning.”
