He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Mae; his sister Clarice Ainsworth; and his children, Sandra Ainsworth, Deloris Ainsworth, Bruce Rollerson, Earnestine (Larry Moore), Wilma Ainsworth (Lester Mosley), Gerelene (Lonnie Hurd), Curtis Ainsworth, Teresa Hall, Katherine (Bart King), April Ainsworth, Michael (Racquel Evans), Herman (Crystal Ainsworth) and Inga (John Simmons). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
