He was predeceased by : his parent Ascencion Perez; his wife Trinidad Llanes Perez; his children, Beatrice Sanchez, Samuel Gonzales, Teresa and Paul; his stepdaughters, Mary Pena, Maggie Zavala and Sandy Perez; and his siblings, Trinidad Perez, Paul Perez, Pablo Perez, Victor Perez, Mike Perez, Cruz Carmello and Dominga Gonzales.
He is survived by : his children, Janie Samora (Raymond) of Palacios, Mona Ortiz (Jose) of Palacios and Henry Perez Jr. (Ruth) of Houston; his stepdaughters, Mona Garcia of Palacios and Penny McCleskey of New Caney; and his brother Valentine Perez (Linda) of Bay City. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, forty-seven great grandchildren and thirteen great-great grandchildren.
