He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Lamar and Bea Lamar; and his son Kevin. He is survived by: his children, Joel, Larry, Kenneth, Cherylann, Jeannette and Pamela; his stepsons, Bobby, Dale and Jimmy Porter (Joan); his sister Florence; and his brother-in-law John Crews. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and long-time friends.
