She is survived by : her son Jerome Lee Vacek (Sharon) of Markham; and her grandchildren, Michelle Zbranek (Nathan), Kim Vacek, Melissa Vacek, Justin Vacek, Jason Vacek (Anita) and Cody Vacek (Britney). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
