He is survived by: his siblings, Tommy, Jackie Hammonds and Ora Raines; his wife Guadalupe Hammonds; his children, Jeff Hammonds Jr. (Kathy), Christopher Hammonds (Catina), Theresa Morris (Mike), Patricia Michalec (Miles), Joseph (Michael) and Lisa Real (Sam); and his grandchildren, Kristen Gonzales, Jeffrey Ryan, Matthew Hammonds, Chris Hammonds Jr., Candice Hammonds, McKayla, Nikki, Joshua Morris, Johnny, Chelsea Alvarado, Natalie, Michael, McKenna Hammonds, Breionna, Alonna Real, Kenneth Constancio, Jacob Guerrero, Sarah and Rose Garcia. He is also survived by 27 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that people attend a Palacios Sharks football game in his place.
