She was predeceased by : her parents, Leon Matzke and Geraldine Matzke (Hughes); her husband Charles McCarthy; her son Michael Dean McCarthy; and her sisters, Alice Lee Welch and Evelyn Rose Albrecht.
She is survived by : her children, Karen McCullough (Doug), Mary Bartel (Kevin), Tricia Kennedy (David), Chuck McCarthy (Laura) and Kevin McCarthy (Cathy); and her sister Susan Elizabeth Schaefer. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
