He was predeceased by: his parents, David Max Holder and Arlene Holder. He is survived by: his children, Krysten Thomas (Josh) and Darrell Harris (Caitlin Ursino); his brothers, Wade Holder (Janet) and Mike Holder (Lynda); and his stepfather Earl Jones.
