She is survived by: her children, Kevin Bush (April) of Palestine and Jodi Bainum (Shane) of Palestine; her sister Janet Wagstaff of Elkhart; her grandchildren, Kai Bainum of Palestine, Reid Bainum of Palestine and Cole Bush of Palestine; and her nephew Jay Wagstaff of Elkhart. She is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
