He was predeceased by : his parents, Middleton Thomas Buck and Myrtle Darnell Buck; his son Dickie Bryan Buck; his wife Betty Mae Brown; his grandson Matthew Thomas Buck; and his son-in-law Mickey Oliver.

He is survived by : his sister Billie Jean Johnson; his children, Becky Buck of Amarillo, Mike Buck (Shirley) of Pampa and Suzanne Oliver of Pampa; his grandchildren, Corey Oliver, Jeremy (Karmen Buck), Shanna Buck and Bryan (Jasmine Oliver); and his great grandchildren, Emma, Kiara (Noir), Owen, Magnus, Karsen, Jude, Pietro and Janner.
