He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his children, Susan Evans Metcalfe (James) of Oklahoma City and Peter Cayson Evans (Dawn) of Frisco; his grandchildren, James Daniel Metcalfe (Ashley), Mary Katherine Metcalfe and Brady Cayson Evans; and his great grandchildren, Aiden and Bryson.
