She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hare and Fannie Hare; and her siblings, Lilburn, Jetta, Wanda and Audrey.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Tanner Lamberth of Barefoot Bay, Florida and Craig R. Tanner (Sarah) of Canyon; her grandchildren, Cody S. Lamberth of Barefoot Bay and Caitlyn Tanner Craig (Jacob) of Pampa; and her great grandchild Madison Craig.
Jackie worked for several different companies over the years which include, The Wig Shop, Marie Foundation, S&H Green Stamp, and C.R. Anthony's.
