He was predeceased by: his parents, John Topper and Betty Topper; his daughter Keeley Topper Downs; and his great-nephew Jake Tolbert. He is survived by: his wife Shirlene Topper of Pampa; his children, Jennifer Topper Read of Pampa, Jason Bowles and Jarred Bowles of Pampa; his siblings, Jeff Topper (Lana) of Clarendon, Keith Topper (Teresa) and Cindy Pohnert (Dudley) of White Deer; his grandchildren, Bailey, Evan, Jessie, Ayden, Zoe, Hailey and Helena; and his great grandchild Goldie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
