He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Anna Mae Smith; and his sister Sue Bocox. He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith of Pampa; his children, Shane Smith of Austin, Johnny Dewayne Smith Jr. of Follett, Michael Smith of El Paso, Amanda Smith of Spearman and Erica Silvia of Colorado; and his brother Eual Dorman "Sonny" Smith of Perryton. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many extended family.
