He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Mooney and Diane Krauss; and his sons, Dillon Mooney and Michael Mooney, Jr.. He is survived by: his friend Jason Mulanax; his wife Trista Mooney of Pampa; his children, Jessie Mooney of Pampa, Jose Orozco-Ochoa (Katie Strickland) of Pampa, Mishelle Mooney (Jamarcus Proby) of Pampa and Amber Averette; and his siblings, Glen Mooney (Krystal) of Riverside, CA, Wayne Mooney (Jodi Blackburn), Linda Eaves and Bo Stip.
