It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patsy Finney of Pampa, Texas, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmer Hoff and Alice Elmira Hoff; her adoptive father Jess Hatcher; her husband Monrow Finney; her son Marvin Finney; her brother Art Hoff of San Antonio; her children, Dale Finney (Patti) of Amarillo, Connie Hicks (David) of Rogers, De Anna Quarles (Tim) of Cookson and Jerry Finney (Kas) of Pampa; and her grandchildren, Matthew Finney, Nathan Hicks, Erin Connell, James Finney, Trae Finney, Mark Lamar, Jennifer Kent, Jessica Helton, Jesse Finney, Samantha Jackson and Helton. She was also cherished by great-grandchildren.
