With sadness, we share the passing of Tommy Downs of Pampa, Texas. Tommy, born on August 29, 1953, passed away on July 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Shellie Alton Downs and Hattie Ruth Cook Downs; his sister Sheila Broadbent; and his mother-in-law Elizabeth Anne Parker. He is survived by: his wife Denise Anne Parker; his children, Carily Downs Epps (Chris) of Pampa, Dillon Thomas Downs (Denise Allen) of Pampa and Angie Elizabeth Downs of Canyon; his grandchildren, Maggie Arreola (Azden), Wylie Bruce Shafer and Rylan Matthew Shafer of Amarillo; his great grandchildren, Jaden Allen of Pampa and Krue Arreola; his sisters, Shirley Doke Campbell (Leonard) of Valrico and Jean Downs-Miller of Pampa; and his father-in-law Eddie Parker.
