He is survived by: his wife Sherri Spurlin of Panhandle; his sons, Charles Lee Horner (Amy) of Panhandle and Duane Everett Horner (Jillian) of Amarillo; and his siblings, Everett Horner (Cherry) of Panhandle, Kathy Darlean Dunn (Larry) of Padre Island and Janet Richardson (Joel) of Amarillo. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many extended family.
