He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ralph Kingham and Anna Caroline Barns Kingham; his wife Corene Kingham; and his siblings, Raymond Kingham, Iris Childress, Flossi Weston, Clara Parsons, Donna Luthy and Beuna Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Kingham (Tamera) of Weston, Colorado and Debbie Carter (Danny) of Texline; his grandchildren, Heath Kingham (Tayler), Quentin Kingham (Kim), Nicole Higgs (Bryan), Alicia Smith and Eric Carter (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Alexia, Bianca, Maya, Renleigh, Brendell, Ashlyn, Clarity, Danielle, Alyssa, Chloe, Dale, Jackson, Kaitlyn, Savannah, Clarabelle and Dexter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
