He was predeceased by : his parents, Virginia Montoya and Felipe Garcia; his former life partner Thelma Jean Garcia; his siblings, Lewis Garcia and Mary Davis; his son George Ross Lofink; his daughter-in-law Lisa Lofink; and his stepdaughter Ann Marie Stamp.
He is survived by : his grandson Coty Lofink; his wife Barbara Cosper-Garcia of Panhandle; his son Robert Lofink of Wisconsin; his stepson Robert Inman (Candra) of Panhandle; his sisters, Rita Ann Nolan (Louis) of Rio Rancho, NM and Phyllis Baker of Merrill, OK; his daughter-in-law Toni Lofink of Denver, CO; and his grandchildren, Amber Kanda, Christen Sobczyk (Chris), Ryan Lofink (Kristina), Calie Paulson (Jared) and Jaime Turzanski. He is also survived by grandfather to his many step grandchildren and all of his great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Frank's honor to the Panhandle Fire Department.
