She was predeceased by: her husband James West. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Arrington, Celeste West Bichsel (Shane) and Candice West-Mathewson (Kris). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or a meal train, the family encourages food donations to organizations that support children in need—a cause close to Jacqueline's heart.
