He was predeceased by : his father Bill Bailey. He is survived by : his mother Eileen Palmer of Waxahachie, Texas; his wife Susan Bailey of Panhandle, Texas; his children, Holly Gillispie (Kevin) of Amarillo, Texas and Kyle Harrison (Joni) of Panhandle, Texas; his grandchildren, Tristen Gillispie (Makenzie) of Dallas, Baylor Gillispie of Amarillo and Tylar Harrison of Panhandle Texas; and his siblings, Lisa Valdez (John) of Mansfield, April Bailey of Amarillo, Texas, Mark Bailey (Letty) of Harlingen, Kelly Bailey (Monica) of Waxahachie and Kevin Palmer (Lauren) of Canton, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
