It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Head (Panhandle, Texas), who passed away on September 5, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Mildred may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jhrome Bowling and Noval Guston; her husband Bobby Head; her daughter Regina Perry; her granddaughter Nancy Perry; and her siblings, Carson Bowling and Matteline Longley.
She is survived by: her children, Mickey Head (Debbie) of Amarillo, D. Bob Head (Sylvia) of Woodward, Oklahoma and Rejohna Hail of Panhandle; and her siblings, Greg Bowling of Canadian, Texas and Gail Duke of Fate, Texas. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; 49 great grandchildren; and 9 great-great grandchildren.
