Virginia Lee Blackwell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2023, at the age of 81, Virginia Lee Blackwell of Panhandle, Texas, born in Clinton, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Neal Fulks and Agnes Fulks; and her siblings, Nancy Sue Fulks, Juanita Catherine "Tootie" Robbins and Bobby "Sonny" Fulks.
She is survived by : her husband Ed; her son Jon (Heather) of Amarillo; her sister Donna Lee of Abernathy; her grandsons, Ryan and Tate Blackwell; and her brother-in-law Virgil Blackwell (Dixie) of Iowa Park. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Virgina's name to High Plains Children's Home 11242 Chapman Drive, Amarillo, Texas 79118.
