He was predeceased by: his parents, H. L. Barnett and Betty Ruth Barnett (Greer); and his sister Betty Cheryl Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Debra Barnett; his children, Brad Barnett (Misty), Jennifer Cobb (Coby) and Rebecca Bell (Doug); his grandchildren, Hannah Reaves (Brock), Andrew Horton, Blake Horton (Allison), Addison Cobb, Gracie Harris (Corbin), Brady Barnett, Britton Barnett, Carter Barnett, Nola Bell, Molly Bell and Hudson Bell; and his great grandchildren, Kace Reaves, Asher Reaves, Lane Reaves, Connor Reaves, Harper Harris, Charlotte Harris and Thomas Horton.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bible Baptist Church (184 Cuba Rd, Bridgeport, TX 76426). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Eastside Cemetery (400 17th St, Bridgeport, TX 76426).
