It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amanda Kay (Barker) Barnard (Paris, Texas), who passed away on August 5, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Amanda Kay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Amanda Kay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her father Troyal LaVerne Barker. She is survived by: her sons, Seth Barnard and Ethan Barnard (Devin); her mother Charlene Barker; her brother Vern Barker (Kathy); her sibling's children, Cole Barker (Stephanie) and Cobi Grant (Casey); her great-nephew Carson Barker; and her great-niece Cameron Grant.
