Bates (Bill) and Clara Clarkson Bates; her husband Newman Low; her son Tommy; her son-in-law James; her brother Alvis; her sister-in-law Billie Ruth Bates; her nephew Stanley Hart; her nieces, Patti Bates and Cindy Gurley (Hart); and her mother-in-law T. E. Low.
She is survived by: her daughter Terri Normandin of Paris; her grandchildren, Jerald Williams (Krissy) of Mabank, TX. and Katie Heatherly (Blake) of Aubrey; her great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Maddie, Abbie, Kelsie, Tyler, Kally, Jacie, Caleb and Hagan (Madison); and her sisters, Wanda Hart of Paris and Billie Ann Jennings (Jack) of Plano. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
