He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Morgan (Randy Summer), Alex Ables, Matt Coyle (Michael Snapp), Sarah (Cole Sain) and Suzanna (Courtney Farmer); his sister Joann (Don Hickman); his nephew Bret Ables; his great-nephew Aaron; his great-niece Ellie; his niece Millie (Greg Kee); his great-nephew Gage; his great-nieces, Victoria, Amelia and Evelyn; his niece Brenda Kay Emerson; his great-nieces, Hannah and Cassie; his niece Mary Ann Rustemeyer; his great-nieces and great-nephews, McKay and Jordan; his grandchildren, Lily, Ruby, Weston, Indie and Slade; and his close friends, Lyle Nottingham and David Mayes. He is also survived by the many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home (730 Clarksville St, Paris, TX 75460). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery Pavilion (560 Evergreen St, Paris, TX 75460).
