We are sad to announce that, on December 19, 2024, at the age of 73, Celia Rebecca Procter of Paris, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Fletcher and Mamie Fletcher; and her brother James "Jimmy" Fletcher. She is survived by: her significant other Charles "Tommy" Merrell; her son Patrick Stager (Brandi); her grandchildren, Kelcie and Rylan Stager; her siblings, Glenda King (late Bob King), Lila Screws (late Mike Screws), Dennis and Jeff Fletcher; her nieces, Sheri Ashford (Brad), Lauri Funderburg (Tommy), Bren Garrett (Jason), Kara Rosson (Garath) and Hali Cashion (Ryan); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicholas Grayson, Kain Rosson, Lane, Henry Cashion, Taylan Cobb and Emri Rosson.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Aspire Ministries, Paris Tx and the Roxton Food Pantry or any other local charity of your choice.
