He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh W. Gilliland, Jr. and Vivian Blanche Thomas Gilliland. He is survived by: his wife Ann Smith of Point, TX; his daughters, Leslie McBrayer of Sudbury, MA and Christie Gilliland of Arlington, MA; and his granddaughters, Katie McBrayer and Rebecca McBrayer Palm.
