It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Christine Dickinson of Paris, Texas, who passed away on July 21, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jefferson Preston and Mary Jane Hagood Preston; and her daughter Suzanne Dickinson. She is survived by: her daughter Diane Tellez; her husband John J. Dickinson; her son John Dickinson, Jr. (Jae); her grandchildren, Joseph Tellez (Paige), Paris, Natalie Alonzo, Dallas, Matt Dickinson (Aime'e), Ben Dickinson (Danielle), Sherman, Travis Kim (Kiana) and Arlington; her great grandchildren, Julian Tellez, Olivia Tellez, Ellie Kim, Connor Dickinson, Shepherd Dickinson, Dezi Tellez and Beau Kim; her great great grandchild Cora Cox; and her siblings, Ophelia Banks and George Preston.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Calvary United Methodist Church (3105 Lamar Ave, Paris, TX 75460). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
Mrs. Dickinson loved her family, admiring their achievements, activities and contributions to others through love, faith, education, sports and music.
