She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Stephens and Ola Stephens (Enox); her daughters, Kathy Nutt Johnson and Debra Nutt Killian; and her siblings, Dale Stephens, Haskell Stephens, Sr., Shirley McFarland and Joyce Williams.

She is survived by: her significant other Fred Lewis Nutt, Sr.; her son Fred Nutt, Jr. (Dana); her sons-in-law, Doug Johnson and Bill Killian; her grandchildren, Josh Nutt (Jill), Jenna Nutt, Shandie Ayers and Heath Nutt Johnson; her great grandchildren, Jayda, Makialia, Derrick Cayden, Kyson, Londyn, Cam, Annie and Audrey; and her siblings, Gerald Stephens (Susan) and Janice Rittenberry (Jerry).
