He was predeceased by: his parents, Vida Johnson Bills Frazier and Kenneth "Elam" Frazier, Sr.; and his brother Kenny "Sonny" Frazier, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Bills, Tami Bills Stillwell, Angela Bills Ortiz, Elena Bills Crawford and Amanda Frazier Purdy. He is also survived by nephews, aunts and uncles, and cousins.
