She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph McIntire and Goldie Owens McIntire; and her siblings, Betty Sitz, Richard McIntire, Wylie McIntire, Albert McIntire, J. M. McIntire and Joe McIntire.

She is survived by: her husband Billy C. "Cotton" Sitz; her daughters, Jeannie Ramsey (Ben) and Amy Bailey; her grandchildren, Justin Ratliff (Kaci) and Jency Gilliam; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Gilliam, Kodi Gilliam, Laken Ratliff and Memphis Ratliff; her sister Alice Webb; and her sisters-in-law, Norma McIntire and Yvonne Sitz. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews along with a host of friends.

It was Cloyce's desire that in lieu of flowers you buy a book for someone or plant a tree.
