He is survived by: his sons, Cory Chumbley, David Miller, Steven Miller and Jeremy Miller; and his siblings, Jason Chumbley (Marti), Cody Chumbley, Clint Chumbley, Rachel McGhee (Larry) and Charity Barber. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
