It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Wayne Harris (Paris, Texas), born in Deport, Texas, who passed away on June 19, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Lester Harris and Viola Harris; his parents-in-law, Otis and Virginia Waggoner; his sister Betty Clement; and his brother-in-law David Waggoner.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Waggoner Harris; his children, Carolyn Drake (Patrick), Melinda Oats (Shane), Steven Harris (Amy) and Brittany Renfro (Zach); his grandchildren, Katelyn Kinslow (Kyle), Montana Parson (Rebecca), Benjamin Drake (Morgan), Jayden Drake, Madison Oats, Allie Oats, Hunter Harris (Cayla), Morgan Harris, Hannah Harris, Brylee Harris, Ty Harris, Haylee Granberry (Damian), Gavin Renfro and Kenadee Renfro; his great grandchildren, Kylyn Kinslow, Kasleigh Kinslow and Isla Drake; his nephew Mike Clement (Martha); his niece Kathy Roberts; and his sisters-in-law, Amy Jones (Jim) and Candy Barnes (Brian). He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
